Ready. Set. Go!
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 of butter, softened
3/4 cup of light brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 overly ripe bananas, mashed
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9"x5" loaf pan.
First mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl. In a second bowl mix the butter and brown sugar together.
Mash the bananas and eggs into the brown sugar/butter mixture and stir well.
Pour the banana mix into the large bowl of flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well until creamy.
Pour into loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes.
Let it cool on a rack, then slice up! Yummy yummy!
